Shipping
- All goods will be sent once payment has been received and cleared.
- All goods will be sent with a consignment notice via Royal Mail signed for service or UPS.
- We will retain receipts for all parcels sent.
- We will email you when goods have been dispatched.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important therefore all goods dispatched are insured for full value.
If goods reach your destination damaged, we will give a full refund providing you advise Kays Canteen and the shipper i.e. Royal Mail within 24 hours of receipt. Present proof of damage and retain ALL packaging for inspection.
